One-on-One Innovation Coaching for Young STEM Minds

 

What Is It?

The AXEIS Mentorship Program is a personalized, one-on-one program that pairs students (or student teams) with experienced high school mentors. Designed to guide students through STEM competitions, the program helps them turn their ideas into real, actionable projects.

 

Program Highlights

• Mentor Matching: Each student is paired with a high school mentor experienced in their chosen competition field.

• 2-Month Brainstorming Phase: Students explore challenges and generate innovative project ideas.

• Proposal Development: Guidance is provided to help students refine and submit strong project proposals.

• One-on-One Sessions: Optional 1:1 meetings to support idea development and proposal writing.

• Competition Readiness: Students are guided through real competitions and learn to problem-solve like young scientists and engineers.

How It Works​

1️⃣ Register

Sign up for the mentorship program. Once registered, you’ll receive a list of competitions with descriptions and age-appropriate details.

2️⃣ Choose Your Path

Students are encouraged to select 1–2 competitions that match their interests. Unsure? No worries, we’ll introduce you to all the options and help you choose.

3️⃣ Start Brainstorming

During the 2-month brainstorming phase, students will explore various ideas through guided activities and prompts.

4️⃣ Submit Your Proposal

Once you have a project idea, submit a Project Proposal Form that outlines your plan. This helps us match you with the best mentor.
Not ready? You can request a 1:1 session with a mentor to help you brainstorm or complete the proposal.

5️⃣ Get Matched

Based on your proposal and interests, we’ll match you with a high school mentor. Your mentor will review your proposal and begin personalized guidance.
